Description
This Pistachio Martini combines creamy pistachio liqueur with vodka and Baileys for a smooth, nutty, and indulgent cocktail. Perfect for holidays, winter gatherings, or St. Patrick’s Day.
Ingredients
- 1 oz vodka (plain or vanilla)
- 2 oz pistachio cream liqueur
- 1/2 oz Baileys Irish cream
- Ice cubes
- 1 tbsp honey or simple syrup, for rim (optional)
- 2 tbsp roasted, salted pistachios, crushed, for rim (optional)
Instructions
- Optional: Dip the rim of a martini glass in honey or simple syrup, then coat with crushed pistachios.
- Add vodka, pistachio liqueur, and Baileys to a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Shake for 15–20 seconds until well chilled and lightly frothy.
- Strain into the prepared glass.
- Optional: Garnish with additional crushed pistachios and serve immediately.
Notes
- Vanilla vodka adds extra flavor, but plain vodka works fine.
- For a stronger drink, increase vodka to 1.5–2 oz.
- Baileys can be substituted with Frangelico, amaretto, or white chocolate liqueur.
- Crush pistachios using a food processor or rolling pin; coarser texture works too.
