Description

This Pistachio Martini combines creamy pistachio liqueur with vodka and Baileys for a smooth, nutty, and indulgent cocktail. Perfect for holidays, winter gatherings, or St. Patrick’s Day.


Ingredients

  • 1 oz vodka (plain or vanilla)
  • 2 oz pistachio cream liqueur
  • 1/2 oz Baileys Irish cream
  • Ice cubes
  • 1 tbsp honey or simple syrup, for rim (optional)
  • 2 tbsp roasted, salted pistachios, crushed, for rim (optional)


Instructions

  1. Optional: Dip the rim of a martini glass in honey or simple syrup, then coat with crushed pistachios.
  2. Add vodka, pistachio liqueur, and Baileys to a cocktail shaker with ice.
  3. Shake for 15–20 seconds until well chilled and lightly frothy.
  4. Strain into the prepared glass.
  5. Optional: Garnish with additional crushed pistachios and serve immediately.

Notes

  • Vanilla vodka adds extra flavor, but plain vodka works fine.
  • For a stronger drink, increase vodka to 1.5–2 oz.
  • Baileys can be substituted with Frangelico, amaretto, or white chocolate liqueur.
  • Crush pistachios using a food processor or rolling pin; coarser texture works too.
