Description

This quick and easy Alfredo sauce is rich, creamy, and ready in just 15 minutes. Made with simple ingredients, it delivers a smooth, restaurant-quality flavor perfect for pasta, chicken, or vegetables.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz fettuccine
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
  • Salt & pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Boil salted water and cook fettuccine until al dente. Reserve some pasta water.
  2. Soften cream cheese in the microwave until smooth.
  3. In a skillet over medium heat, add butter, cream cheese, cream, and garlic.
  4. Stir or whisk until the cream cheese fully melts into the sauce.
  5. Let the sauce gently bubble for 3–4 minutes until slightly reduced.
  6. Stir in parmesan cheese and cook until melted and smooth.
  7. Remove from heat and adjust thickness if needed with pasta water.
  8. Toss with drained pasta and season with salt and pepper.

Notes

  • This makes about 1.5 cups of sauce.
  • Double the recipe for meal prep.
