Description

A perfect blend of sweet and salty in this no-bake Oreo icebox cake, layered with whipped cream and rich salted caramel sauce.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 24 Oreo cookies
  • 1/2 cup salted caramel sauce (store-bought or homemade)
  • Extra crushed Oreos for garnish
  • Drizzle of salted caramel sauce for topping
  • Sea salt flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Whip the cream: Beat heavy whipping cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla until stiff peaks form. Set aside.
  2. Layer the cake: Spread a thin layer of whipped cream on the bottom of an 8×8-inch baking dish. Arrange a layer of whole Oreos on top.
  3. Spread another layer of whipped cream over the Oreos and drizzle salted caramel sauce. Repeat layers until the top, finishing with whipped cream.
  4. Chill: Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  5. Garnish and serve: Top with crushed Oreos, caramel drizzle, and optional sea salt flakes. Slice and enjoy.

Notes

  • For best results, chill overnight for the Oreos to soften fully.
  • Adjust the salted caramel amount to taste for desired sweetness and saltiness.
