Ingredients

  • 8 large eggs
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 3 cups frozen hash browns
  • 1 pound breakfast sausage
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 red bell pepper, chopped
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a skillet, cook sausage over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. Spread hash browns evenly in the baking dish.
