Description

Indulge in these shrimp and crab Alfredo lasagna roll-ups — a creamy, cheesy, and comforting dish perfect for a cozy night. Each roll is packed with seafood and rich Alfredo sauce, baked to golden perfection.


Ingredients

  • 9 lasagna noodles
  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup crab meat
  • 15 oz ricotta cheese
  • 15 oz Alfredo sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 cup extra cheese (optional)


Instructions

  1. Boil lasagna noodles in salted water until al dente. Drain and lay flat.
  2. In a bowl, mix shrimp, crab, ricotta, half the Alfredo sauce, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread a thin layer of Alfredo sauce in a greased baking dish.
  4. Fill each noodle with about 1/4 cup of mixture, roll tightly, and place seam-side down.
  5. Pour remaining Alfredo sauce over roll-ups and top with mozzarella and parmesan.
  6. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C), cover with foil, and bake 20 minutes.
  7. Remove foil and bake another 10 minutes until golden and bubbly.
  8. Garnish with parsley and serve warm.

Notes

  • Drizzle with lemon juice before serving for extra freshness.
  • Can be made ahead and frozen.
