Ingredients
- 9 lasagna noodles
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup crab meat
- 15 oz ricotta cheese
- 15 oz Alfredo sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 cup extra cheese (optional)
Instructions
- Boil lasagna noodles in salted water until al dente. Drain and lay flat.
- In a bowl, mix shrimp, crab, ricotta, half the Alfredo sauce, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Spread a thin layer of Alfredo sauce in a greased baking dish.
- Fill each noodle with about 1/4 cup of mixture, roll tightly, and place seam-side down.
- Pour remaining Alfredo sauce over roll-ups and top with mozzarella and parmesan.
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C), cover with foil, and bake 20 minutes.
- Remove foil and bake another 10 minutes until golden and bubbly.
- Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
Notes
- Drizzle with lemon juice before serving for extra freshness.
- Can be made ahead and frozen.
- Use cottage cheese for a lighter version.
