Description
These Shrimp Crab Biscuit Melts are stuffed with a rich, cheesy seafood filling and baked until golden and flaky. They’re easy to make, incredibly flavorful, and perfect as a party appetizer, snack, or comfort-food dinner.
Ingredients
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup lump crab meat
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 package refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits)
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine shrimp, crab meat, cheddar cheese, cream cheese, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, Old Bay seasoning, garlic powder, and black pepper.
- Mix until well combined.
- Separate biscuit dough and flatten each biscuit on a floured surface into a 1/4-inch thick round.
- Spoon seafood filling into the center of each biscuit.
- Fold over into a half-moon shape and pinch edges to seal.
- Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Brush tops with melted butter.
- Bake 15–20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Cool slightly, garnish with parsley, and serve.
