Description

These Shrimp Crab Biscuit Melts are stuffed with a rich, cheesy seafood filling and baked until golden and flaky. They’re easy to make, incredibly flavorful, and perfect as a party appetizer, snack, or comfort-food dinner.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup lump crab meat
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 package refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits)
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine shrimp, crab meat, cheddar cheese, cream cheese, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, Old Bay seasoning, garlic powder, and black pepper.
  3. Mix until well combined.
  4. Separate biscuit dough and flatten each biscuit on a floured surface into a 1/4-inch thick round.
  5. Spoon seafood filling into the center of each biscuit.
  6. Fold over into a half-moon shape and pinch edges to seal.
  7. Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  8. Brush tops with melted butter.
  9. Bake 15–20 minutes or until golden brown.
  10. Cool slightly, garnish with parsley, and serve.
