This Slow Cooker Cheesy Ranch Chicken & Potatoes is a comforting dish that combines tender chicken breasts, creamy ranch sauce, and delicious baby potatoes, all topped with melted cheddar cheese.

- 4 pieces Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 pound Baby potatoes, halved
- 1 packet Ranch seasoning mix
- 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup Cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup Chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Prepare the slow cooker by spraying it with non-stick cooking spray or lightly greasing it.
- Place the halved baby potatoes in the bottom of the slow cooker.
- Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Place on top of the potatoes.
- In a medium bowl, combine ranch seasoning mix, cream of chicken soup, and chicken broth. Stir until well combined.
- Pour the ranch mixture over the chicken and potatoes, ensuring even coverage.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 6–8 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours, until chicken is cooked through and potatoes are tender.
- About 30 minutes before serving, sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the top. Cover and let it melt.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
