Description
This Steak & Shrimp Noodles recipe combines tender steak, juicy shrimp, and flavorful vegetables with ramen noodles in a savory sauce — perfect for a quick and satisfying meal for two.
Ingredients
- For the steak & shrimp:
- 6–8 large shrimp, peeled & deveined
- 6–8 oz steak, thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- Salt & pepper, to taste
- For the noodles & sauce:
- 2 packs ramen noodles (discard seasoning)
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1/2 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce (halal)
- 1 tbsp brown sugar or honey
- 1/2 cup broth (chicken or beef)
- 1 tsp chili flakes (optional)
- Garnish:
- Fresh parsley or green onions, chopped
Instructions
- Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Season steak with salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder, then cook until desired doneness. Remove from skillet.
- Add shrimp to the same skillet and cook until pink and opaque, about 2–3 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
- Cook ramen noodles according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.
- In the skillet, melt butter and sauté mushrooms, red bell pepper, and garlic until tender.
- Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, brown sugar/honey, and broth. Stir to combine and bring to a simmer.
- Return steak and shrimp to the skillet and toss with vegetables and sauce.
- Add cooked noodles and mix until everything is evenly coated with the sauce.
- Garnish with chopped parsley or green onions before serving.
