These Strawberry Cheesecake Truffle Balls are creamy, fruity, and easy-to-make. Perfect as a quick dessert or for sharing at gatherings.
Ingredients
- 8 oz (225g) cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup (60g) powdered sugar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup (60g) fresh strawberries, finely chopped or mashed
- 1/2 cup (50g) graham cracker crumbs
- 8 oz (225g) white chocolate, melted
- 1/4 cup (25g) freeze-dried strawberries, crushed (optional, for decoration)
Instructions
- Beat softened cream cheese in a medium bowl until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla, and beat until combined.
- Gently fold in chopped or mashed strawberries and graham cracker crumbs.
- Roll mixture into 1-inch balls and place on parchment-lined baking sheet. Refrigerate 30 minutes.
- Melt white chocolate over a double boiler or in the microwave in 20-second intervals until smooth.
- Dip firm truffles in melted white chocolate and let excess drip off.
- Sprinkle crushed freeze-dried strawberries on top, if desired.
- Refrigerate again 30 minutes until chocolate sets. Serve and enjoy!
Notes
- Use softened cream cheese for easier mixing.
- High-quality white chocolate gives richer flavor.
- Can be made in advance and stored in the refrigerator for up to a week.
