These Strawberry Cheesecake Truffle Balls are creamy, fruity, and easy-to-make. Perfect as a quick dessert or for sharing at gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz (225g) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup (60g) powdered sugar
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup (60g) fresh strawberries, finely chopped or mashed
  • 1/2 cup (50g) graham cracker crumbs
  • 8 oz (225g) white chocolate, melted
  • 1/4 cup (25g) freeze-dried strawberries, crushed (optional, for decoration)

Instructions

  1. Beat softened cream cheese in a medium bowl until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla, and beat until combined.
  2. Gently fold in chopped or mashed strawberries and graham cracker crumbs.
  3. Roll mixture into 1-inch balls and place on parchment-lined baking sheet. Refrigerate 30 minutes.
  4. Melt white chocolate over a double boiler or in the microwave in 20-second intervals until smooth.
  5. Dip firm truffles in melted white chocolate and let excess drip off.
  6. Sprinkle crushed freeze-dried strawberries on top, if desired.
