Ingredients
- 1 block Halloumi (can swap with grilled chicken or tofu)
- 2 tortillas (gluten-free option: wraps or lettuce leaves)
- 1 cup fresh vegetables (bell peppers, cucumbers, etc.)
- 3 tbsp sweet chili sauce
- 1 tbsp lime juice, freshly squeezed
Instructions
- Slice halloumi into 1/4-inch thick pieces.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat with a splash of olive oil.
- Fry halloumi slices 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown and crispy.
- Lay tortillas flat, add crispy halloumi and chopped vegetables.
- Drizzle with sweet chili sauce and squeeze lime juice over fillings.
- Roll up the wrap snugly and serve immediately.
