- 1 cup (175 g) chopped Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups
Instructions
- Preheat oven: Set oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Mix wet ingredients: In a large bowl, beat together peanut butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth. Add eggs and vanilla; mix until fully combined.
- Add dry ingredients: Stir in baking soda and salt until just incorporated.
- Fold in mix-ins: Gently fold in chocolate chips and chopped Reese’s cups.
- Shape cookies: Scoop 2 tablespoons of dough per cookie onto prepared sheets, spacing about 2 inches apart.
- Bake: Bake 10–12 minutes, or until edges are lightly golden and centers look soft. Let cool on the pan for 5 minutes before transferring to a rack.
