Description

These Turkey Sliders are the ultimate way to use Thanksgiving leftovers! Layered with savory turkey, stuffing, cranberry sauce, and melty provolone on buttery Hawaiian rolls — they’re baked to golden perfection with a garlicky butter topping.

Ingredients

  • 12 Hawaiian rolls (12-count package, such as King’s Hawaiian butter rolls)
  • 2 cups stuffing
  • 1 pound thick-sliced turkey
  • 1 cup cranberry sauce
  • 6 slices provolone cheese
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 4 tablespoons salted butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon onion flakes
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven: Set your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Prepare the rolls: Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally, keeping the tops connected. Place the bottom half in the baking dish.
  3. Layer the sliders: Spread mayonnaise over the bottom half of the rolls. Add sliced turkey, a layer of stuffing, then spoon cranberry sauce evenly across. Top with provolone cheese slices and place the top half of the rolls on.
  4. Make the butter topping: In a small bowl, mix melted butter with parsley, onion flakes, and garlic powder. Brush generously over the top of the rolls.
  5. Bake: Cover loosely with foil and bake for 15 minutes. Remove the foil and bake another 5–10 minutes until golden and the cheese is melted.
  6. Serve: Let cool slightly, then slice into individual sliders and serve warm.

Notes

  • Use leftover Thanksgiving turkey, stuffing, and cranberry sauce for a quick and delicious meal.
  • Swap provolone for Swiss, mozzarella, or cheddar if preferred.
  • These reheat beautifully in the oven or air fryer for 3–5 minutes.
