Description

Ingredients
- 1 lb Penne Pasta
- 1/4 cup Butter
- 1/4 cup Flour
- 2 tsp Minced Garlic
- 1 cup Chicken Broth
- 1 cup Milk
- 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Pepper
Instructions
- Cook pasta to al dente according to package instructions.
- Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook 1 minute.
- Whisk in flour and cook 1 minute until slightly thickened.
- Slowly whisk in milk and chicken broth, stirring constantly until sauce boils and thickens.
- Add parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper; stir until cheese melts.
- Stir in cooked pasta and serve immediately.
