Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tbsp olive oil or melted butter
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix flour, baking powder, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
- Stir in shredded cheddar cheese.
- In another bowl, whisk Greek yogurt, eggs, and oil until smooth.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients until a soft dough forms.
- Scoop dough into biscuit portions and place on baking sheet.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes until golden and cooked through.
- Cool slightly before serving.
