Description

Delicious Butterfinger chocolate fudge squares featuring a rich chocolate base and crunchy Butterfinger candy.


Ingredients

  • 3 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips (Ghirardelli brand)
  • 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
  • ¼ cup heavy cream
  • 2 cups roughly chopped Butterfinger candy bar
  • 1 cup finely chopped Butterfinger candy bar for topping


Instructions

  1. Line a 9×9 inch straight-sided pan with aluminum foil, leaving an overhang. Lightly spray foil with nonstick spray.
  2. In a 3-quart saucepan over medium heat, combine chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and heavy cream. Stir constantly for 5–6 minutes until smooth. Remove from heat.
  3. Fold 2 cups of roughly chopped Butterfinger candy into the chocolate mixture.
  4. Pour mixture into prepared pan and smooth the surface.
  5. Evenly distribute 1 cup finely chopped Butterfinger on top, pressing gently.
  6. Refrigerate 1–2 hours until firm.
  7. Cut into 36 squares (~1½ x 1½ inches each) using a large sharp knife.

Notes
