Description
Delicious Butterfinger chocolate fudge squares featuring a rich chocolate base and crunchy Butterfinger candy.
Ingredients
- 3 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips (Ghirardelli brand)
- 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
- ¼ cup heavy cream
- 2 cups roughly chopped Butterfinger candy bar
- 1 cup finely chopped Butterfinger candy bar for topping
Instructions
- Line a 9×9 inch straight-sided pan with aluminum foil, leaving an overhang. Lightly spray foil with nonstick spray.
- In a 3-quart saucepan over medium heat, combine chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and heavy cream. Stir constantly for 5–6 minutes until smooth. Remove from heat.
- Fold 2 cups of roughly chopped Butterfinger candy into the chocolate mixture.
- Pour mixture into prepared pan and smooth the surface.
- Evenly distribute 1 cup finely chopped Butterfinger on top, pressing gently.
- Refrigerate 1–2 hours until firm.
- Cut into 36 squares (~1½ x 1½ inches each) using a large sharp knife.
Notes
- Stir constantly to prevent chocolate from burning.
- Refrigerate until fully set before cutting for best results.
