Ingredients
- 6 oz cooked chicken breast, cubed
- 1/2 cup low-fat cottage cheese
- 1/4 cup marinara sauce (low sugar)
- 2 tablespoons shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 tablespoon grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
Instructions
- In a microwave-safe bowl, mix cottage cheese, garlic powder, and oregano.
- Add cubed chicken and toss to coat evenly.
- Spread marinara sauce over the top.
- Sprinkle mozzarella and parmesan cheese evenly.
