Description

A quick and high-protein Cottage Cheese Chicken Parm Bowl with creamy cottage cheese, savory marinara, and melted cheese for a fast and satisfying meal.


Ingredients

  • 6 oz cooked chicken breast, cubed
  • 1/2 cup low-fat cottage cheese
  • 1/4 cup marinara sauce (low sugar)
  • 2 tablespoons shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tablespoon grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes


Instructions

  1. In a microwave-safe bowl, mix cottage cheese, garlic powder, and oregano.
  2. Add cubed chicken and toss to coat evenly.
  3. Spread marinara sauce over the top.
  4. Sprinkle mozzarella and parmesan cheese evenly.
