Description

Crab Pasta Salad is a creamy, refreshing dish made with tender pasta shells, imitation crab, crisp vegetables, and a tangy lemon Old Bay-style dressing—perfect for lunches, picnics, or light dinners.


Ingredients

  • 16 oz pasta shells
  • 3/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tsp Old Bay seasoning
  • 1 tsp dried dill
  • 16 oz imitation crab meat, chopped
  • 1 1/2 cups celery, chopped
  • 1 cup peas, thawed
  • 1 cup red bell pepper, diced
  • 1/2 cup red onion, chopped


Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions, then rinse and cool.
  2. In a bowl, whisk yogurt, mayonnaise, lemon juice, seasoning, and dill.
  3. Add pasta, crab, celery, peas, bell pepper, and onion.
  4. Mix until well coated.
  5. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  6. Stir and serve chilled.
