Description
These Crack Chicken Sandwiches are ultra creamy, cheesy, and packed with flavor. Tender shredded chicken, ranch seasoning, crispy bacon, and melted cheddar come together in soft Hawaiian rolls for the ultimate party slider.
Ingredients
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 oz dry ranch seasoning mix
- 2 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp cracked black pepper
- 1/3 cup sliced green onions
- 2 1/2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 12 oz cooked crumbled bacon
- 2 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (divided)
- 12 Hawaiian rolls, sliced
- 6 tbsp melted butter
- 2 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
- 2 tsp chopped fresh chives
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 9×13 baking dish.
- Melt cream cheese in a pot over medium heat until smooth.
- Stir in ranch mix, onion powder, and black pepper.
- Add green onions, shredded chicken, bacon, and 1 cup cheddar cheese. Mix well.
- Place bottom halves of rolls in baking dish.
- Spread chicken mixture evenly over rolls.
- Add remaining cheddar cheese and top with roll tops.
- Brush melted butter over rolls, then sprinkle parmesan and chives.
- Cover with foil and bake 25 minutes.
- Uncover and bake 5–8 more minutes until golden. Rest 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Rotisserie chicken works great for faster prep.
- Don’t skip the butter topping for best flavor.
- Let sliders rest before cutting to keep them intact.
