Description

Steak & Pepper Jack Queso Mac is the ultimate comfort food—creamy, cheesy mac and cheese loaded with tender steak, sautéed peppers, and a rich pepper jack queso sauce.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz elbow macaroni
  • 1 lb beef steak (sirloin or ribeye), diced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 cup bell peppers, diced
  • 1 cup onion, diced
  • 2 cups shredded pepper jack cheese
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped green onions (for garnish)


Instructions

  1. Cook macaroni until al dente, then drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil and brown diced steak with salt and pepper.
  3. Add bell peppers and onion, sauté until tender.
  4. Stir in pasta, cheese, milk, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  5. Mix until cheese melts and sauce becomes creamy.
  6. Heat 2–3 more minutes until fully combined.
  7. Serve hot and garnish with green onions.
