Ingredients
- 8 oz elbow macaroni
- 1 lb beef steak (sirloin or ribeye), diced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup bell peppers, diced
- 1 cup onion, diced
- 2 cups shredded pepper jack cheese
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped green onions (for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook macaroni until al dente, then drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil and brown diced steak with salt and pepper.
- Add bell peppers and onion, sauté until tender.
- Stir in pasta, cheese, milk, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Mix until cheese melts and sauce becomes creamy.
- Heat 2–3 more minutes until fully combined.
- Serve hot and garnish with green onions.
